Since this skirt uses a LOT of PVC the price is higher but the effect is stunning. Please choose your lace and PVC colour using the options above!
This skirt is made from two layers of PVC with ruched sections getting lower in the back and higher in the front. All our long PVC skirts look best when worn over a crinoline or hoop skirt as shown. This is not included in the price but they can be purchased quite cheaply on ebay! This skirt is available in a limited amount of colours as noted in the options below.
